Shandong Shenghua New Material Technology Co., Ltd., which professionally engage in the R & D, production and sales of liquid crystal intermediates, liquid crystal monomer, OLED materials and pharmaceutical intermediates, is High-tech Enterprises. It was founded in 2003, located in the Jiaodong peninsula ，headquartered in Laiyang . The registered capital of CNY 100 million and total asset of CNY 435 million. We totally cover an area of 200 thousand Sqm, while the construction area is 120 thousand Sqm. It was quoted on the stock market in July 2016, with two wholly-owned subsidiaries of Laiyang Shenghua Electronics Material Co., Ltd., Shandong Shenghua Electronic New Material Co., Ltd.
We have an innovative management team, 85 of them have bachelor’s degrees, 10 of them have master’s degrees and 6 of them have doctor’s degrees. We have R & D and analytical testing center with most advanced and domestic first-class equipments. With 13 standard production lines and 2 purification center, 260 set of reaction kettles, 140 auxiliary equipments, 20 analytical apparatus. We have developed 130 kinds of new products, including 80 kinds of products has formed a large-scale production, exporting overseas like in Japan, Korea and Germany etc. Today, we have high reputation around this country and become one of the most important firms in the field of display materials.
Shenghua Tech. has deep cooperation with Zhejiang University, Nanjing Tech University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Fudan University, and we have established practice base of Qingdao University of Science & Technology and Shanxi Institute of Technology. Also, we have undertaken more than 20 major projects, such as National 863 Programs, National SME Development Special Funds Program, Shandong Special Project of Independent Innovation, Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Development Projects, etc. Moreover, we have 24 National patents, including 10 National invention patents and two significant awards above provincial level.

Laiyang Shenghua Technology Co., Ltd. was established Alkyl bromobenzene workshop completed and put into operation
2006
Laiyang Shenghua Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was set up. The workshop of chloride and bromide salt completed and put into operation
2008
Laiyang Shenghua Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. 3HPB workshop were completed and put into operation
2009
Laiyang Shenghua Technology Co., Ltd. Vacuum distillation workshop, Workshop of boric acidcompleted and put into operation
2010
Shandong Shenghua Electronic New Materials Co., Ltd. was established
2011
Shandong Shenghua Electronic New Materials Co., Ltd. Hydrogenation Workshop (2-1) and Purification workshop (2-4) to be bulit and put into operation. Technical center, Clean drying workshop (2-3) to be bulit and used.
