Yantai City Federation of Trade Unions leaders visit the Entrepreneurship Park for a research visit.

On the afternoon of June 5, 2018, Liu Hongbo, Vice Chairman of the Yantai Municipal People's Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, led members of the Party Leadership Group from the Yantai Municipal Federation of Trade Unions to conduct a research visit to Shenghua Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park. Accompanying them were Bi Zhiqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Laiyang Municipal Party Committee; Tian Hong, Vice Chairman of the Laiyang Municipal People's Congress; Hao Huaqing, Director of the Laiyang Economic Development Zone Management Committee; and Zuo Meiling, Party Secretary of the Laiyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.
Liu Hongbo and his delegation first toured the Shenghua Innovation & Entrepreneurship Exhibition Hall and the Craftsman Incubation Studio, with a special focus on the company’s newly opened “Sunflower” Care Service Station, Mom’s Room, and Psychological Counseling Room within the startup park. The company’s leaders provided a detailed report to the leaders of the Yantai Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, highlighting how the park integrates innovation and entrepreneurship incubation with the inherent functions of the trade union, leveraging complementary resources to establish a premier craftsman incubation base.
During the subsequent symposium, Liu Hongbo and his delegation highly praised and affirmed the incubation park's entrepreneurship incubation model and the achievements in nurturing skilled artisans. They also noted that this model represents a significant breakthrough in aligning with national policies and advancing with the times, marking a new direction for the integrated development of trade unions and enterprises.
It is reported that, in recent years, Shenghua Technology Entrepreneurship Park has leveraged the "Laiyang City Craftsman Incubation Base" as a platform to strengthen craftsmen awareness and skills among its resident enterprises. Through initiatives such as maker training, expert mentoring, and skill competitions, the park has actively cultivated professional and technical talent, enabling them to take center stage. As a result, it has successfully incubated notable entities like the "Shi Yongwen Innovation Studio" and the "Pang Weizhen Craftsman Studio," laying a solid foundation for innovation-driven development across the entire entrepreneurship park.

Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of pilot enterprises for digital transformation among SMEs in Shandong Province for 2024. Our company was successfully selected, marking a new chapter in the city’s efforts to drive digital transformation among SMEs. These pilot enterprises are chosen by the provincial department as part of its initiative to accelerate the digital transformation of SMEs across the province. Specifically, they focus on high-quality SMEs operating in key manufacturing sectors and critical links within industrial chains, serving as models for digital transformation. By cultivating these pilot enterprises, the department aims to further nurture and strengthen the digital economy while boosting the high-quality, accelerated growth of the industrial sector. Since the beginning of this year, our company has proactively prioritized initiatives aimed at fostering and expanding the digital economy, aligning with the deployment plans set forth by the Yantai Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. Taking Yantai’s selection as a pilot city for SME digital transformation as a strategic opportunity, we’ve concentrated on our core business areas, vigorously promoting activities such as enterprise digital diagnostics, integration of IT with industrialization management systems, and participation in SME digital transformation pilots. We’ve also deepened our efforts in nurturing businesses, disseminating relevant policies, and advocating for support from higher authorities, while actively implementing the "Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transition" project to seize the momentum of digital transformation and speed up our own transition journey. Looking ahead, our company will fully leverage the示范和引领作用 of these pilot enterprises, fostering deeper integration between the digital economy and the real economy, and ultimately contributing to the high-quality development of our enterprise’s economy.
