1. Purpose

To strengthen the company's management of hazardous waste disposal, prevent environmental pollution, and achieve institutionalized and standardized practices in hazardous waste management, this system has been specially formulated based on relevant laws and regulations such as the *Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China*, the *Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste*, and the *Measures for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution Caused by Abandoned Hazardous Chemicals*, while taking into account the company’s specific circumstances.

2. Specific environmental responsibilities

(1) Environmental Responsibilities of the Company General Manager

1. The company’s General Manager is the company’s primary environmental responsibility officer, fully accountable for the company’s hazardous waste management activities and committed to rigorously implementing national environmental protection laws, regulations, standards, and other relevant requirements.

2. The organization has established and improved the company's accountability system for hazardous waste management.

4. Oversee the company's hazardous waste management activities and promptly address potential risks of environmental pollution incidents.

5. Organize the review and implementation of the company's emergency response plan for hazardous waste pollution incidents.

6. Report hazardous waste pollution incidents to the relevant authorities promptly and truthfully.

(II) Environmental Responsibilities of the Environmental Director

1. Assist the General Manager in effectively managing hazardous waste, diligently implementing applicable environmental protection laws, regulations, and standards, and organizing the review and approval of the company’s hazardous waste management system.

2. Assist the General Manager in organizing technical research on hazardous waste management, and take responsibility for resolving challenging technical issues related to hazardous waste treatment.

3. Responsible for reviewing technical issues related to hazardous waste generation in new product development and newly established projects.

4. Directly oversee the work of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, promptly organizing and addressing relevant issues such as the storage of hazardous waste.

5. Prioritize business training for hazardous waste management personnel to continuously enhance the company's hazardous waste management capabilities.

6. Responsible for organizing investigations, handling, and reporting on hazardous waste pollution incidents.

(III) Responsibilities of Department Leaders Regarding Hazardous Waste

1. Department heads are the primary persons responsible for hazardous waste within their respective departments, bearing full accountability for managing hazardous waste effectively. They must diligently implement applicable laws, regulations, and standards, as well as ensure compliance with the company’s hazardous waste management system.

2. Organize and lead the investigation, analysis, and handling of hazardous waste pollution incidents within this department.

3. The organization establishes relevant records and archives for hazardous waste management within this department.

(IV) Responsibilities of Ministry of Environmental Protection Personnel Regarding Hazardous Waste

1. Implement and enforce applicable laws, regulations, standards for hazardous waste, as well as the company's internal rules and procedures on hazardous waste management.

2. Persist in conducting daily inspections of hazardous waste, promptly notify relevant departments about any identified risks for corrective action, and follow up to verify the completion of hazard remediation while maintaining detailed records.

3. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's hazardous waste management ledger and records.

4. Responsible for developing and revising the annual hazardous waste work plan.

5. Responsible for the statistical reporting of hazardous waste, including the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual reports, as well as declarations related to hazardous waste disposal and storage.

(5) Responsibilities of the Workshop Supervisor Regarding Hazardous Waste

1. The heads of each workshop are primarily responsible for hazardous waste and bear full responsibility for the hazardous waste generated within their respective workshops.

2. Responsible for promoting and educating employees about hazardous waste management in the workshop, thereby enhancing everyone's awareness and control over hazardous waste.

3. Responsible for the protection and management of the workshop's temporary storage area for hazardous waste, ensuring strict prevention of environmental pollution caused by hazardous waste leaks.

4. Monitor the status of hazardous waste entering the workshop and be responsible for preparing and submitting relevant reports.

5. The organization shall develop, review, and approve the emergency response plan for handling hazardous waste pollution incidents within this workshop.

(6) The Class Monitor's Responsibilities for Hazardous Waste

1. Ensure that personnel in this class comply with applicable laws and regulations related to hazardous waste management, follow the company's hazardous waste management rules and procedures, and prevent any violations.

2. Provide employees with education and training related to hazardous waste management.

3. As required, assign personnel to participate in the investigation, analysis, and handling of hazardous waste pollution incidents, and ensure the implementation of relevant preventive measures.

4. Check the implementation of hazardous waste management practices and equipment operation protocols.

5. Report accidents promptly, secure the scene, and implement emergency measures to prevent the situation from escalating.

6. Responsible for the daily tasks related to hazardous waste in this class.

(7) Employees' Responsibilities for Hazardous Waste

1. Strictly adhere to the regulations governing hazardous waste management, and continuously enhance your ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.

2. Accurately analyze and assess, and promptly report and address any abnormal situations involving hazardous waste to prevent environmental pollution incidents.

3. Promptly address the issues of hazardous waste running, leaking, spilling, and emitting.

4. Actively participate in emergency preparedness drills and familiarize yourself with the response measures to be taken in the event of hazardous waste contamination incidents.
