Construction details: Total project investment 255.66 million yuan, with a total land area of 70,600 square meters 2 , Total floor area 38000m2 , divided into two plant areas—east and west—where the eastern plant area occupies 43600m2 , floor area 14000m2 , the West Factory Area covers an area 27000m2 , floor area 24000m2 ; Total across the East and West campuses 19 product series comprising 39 products, with an annual production capacity of 1,572 tons; of these, the West Factory produces 11 series and 20 products, accounting for a total of 1,323 tons per year, while the East Factory manufactures 8 series and 19 products, contributing 249 tons annually. The East Factory leverages its existing workshop, wastewater treatment plant, gas-fired steam boiler, and other facilities, whereas the West Factory has leased a workshop along with supporting office spaces and is constructing new production support facilities, including an upgraded wastewater treatment plant.

Additional labor staffing added to the West Factory Area 200 people, with no additional staff in the East Factory area; 300 working days per year, operating on a three-shift system for a total of 7,200 hours per year.

2. Current Status of Environmental Protection in Existing Projects

( 1) Exhaust gases

Process exhaust gases from each workshop Dried exhaust gas is collected via closed-loop pipelines to the facilities supporting each workshop. Waste gas treatment facilities “Alkali spray + anti-fogging + UV Photocatalysis + Activated carbon adsorption ", after being treated to meet standards, is discharged through the exhaust stack; Project Wastewater Treatment Station All sewage ponds are sealed. Waste gas from the wastewater treatment plant and waste gas from the hazardous waste storage area are collected and directed into 1 set of " Alkali spray +Defogging+ UV Photocatalysis + Activated carbon adsorption Carry out the treatment; once it meets the standards, proceed through 1 pipe. 20-meter-high exhaust stack Emissions; A low-nitrogen burner is installed in the gas boiler, and the flue gases are processed through Emission from a single 20-meter-high stack.

( 2) Wastewater

Wastewater Treatment Plant It is equipped with a triple-effect evaporator, a high-concentration wastewater pre-treatment system, a low-concentration wastewater pre-treatment system, and a biochemical system. Notably, the high-concentration wastewater pre-treatment system utilizes The "high-concentration equalization tank + dissolved air flotation & sedimentation + iron-carbon micro-electrolysis + Fenton" process is used, while the low-concentration wastewater pretreatment system employs the "low-concentration collection tank + oil separation" process. The biochemical system utilizes the "equalization + hydrolysis acidification + hydrolysis acidification sedimentation + anoxic/aerobic treatment + secondary sedimentation" process.

After being pre-treated by a triple-effect evaporator, the project's high-salinity process wastewater enters the high-concentration wastewater pretreatment system. Meanwhile, low-salinity process wastewater and exhaust gas scrubbing wastewater also flow into the same system. Equipment rinse water, vacuum system wastewater, laboratory and analytical wastewater, and floor wash water are directed to the low-concentration wastewater pretreatment system, while domestic sewage is first treated in a septic tank. Finally, the effluent from the pretreatment systems is sent to the biochemical treatment system, where it undergoes further processing to meet the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Petrochemical Industry." (GB31571-2015) Table 1 Indirect Emission Standards and Table 3 Standards, 《Water Quality Standard for Wastewater Discharged into Urban Sewer Systems》 GB/T 31962-2015), Class B standard in Table 1, Laiyang City's Second Wastewater Treatment Plant Inlet Water Quality Standards Afterward, it flows along with wastewater from the circulation system and heating system into the Laizhou City Second Wastewater Treatment Plant, where it is treated to meet standards before being discharged into the Bailong River.

( 3) Solid Waste

Currently, the main hazardous waste from existing projects includes kettle residues generated by various production units. Filter residue Waste catalysts, waste ion-exchange resins, waste packaging materials, waste activated carbon, waste filter cotton, sludge, waste thermal oil, and waste salts—these are all entrusted to qualified organizations for proper disposal. Municipal solid waste is handled by the sanitation department.

( 4) Noise

Existing project noise sources Implemented noise isolation and vibration reduction measures, among other mitigation strategies. The daytime and nighttime noise levels at the plant boundary both meet the requirements of Class 3 under the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprise Boundaries" (GB12348-2008).
