Shandong Shenghua Electronic New Materials Co., Ltd. was established In 2010, it was registered with a capital of 40 million RMB and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Shenghua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The business scope includes the research, development, manufacturing, and sale of liquid crystal electronic materials; the research and sale of electronic devices and equipment; as well as the import and export of goods or technologies—excluding those prohibited by the state or requiring administrative approval. The product quality and after-sales service enjoy a strong reputation among customers, establishing the company as one of China's leading suppliers of display materials.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Cleaner Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for Cleaner Production Audits," our company has been identified as an audit enterprise included in Yantai City's list of mandatory cleaner production enterprises. 2022 Year 9 Month 25 Today, our company has begun implementing a cleaner production audit. We are now publicly disclosing our company's production processes and wastewater discharge practices, inviting all sectors to monitor and provide guidance.

Our company's wastewater primarily consists of process wastewater, equipment and floor-cleaning effluents, exhaust gas treatment system wastewater, vacuum unit system wastewater, purified water station wastewater, steam condensate, domestic sewage, and initial rainwater. A treatment facility with a processing capacity of 400m3/d A wastewater treatment plant, handling high-salinity wastewater, high-organic-content effluent, and acidic waste generated by the project. / Alkaline wastewater first enters the pretreatment system, which primarily includes neutralization pretreatment, vacuum distillation, and triple-effect evaporation. Once the pretreated effluent meets the required standards, it is combined with wastewater from equipment and floor cleaning, exhaust gas treatment systems, vacuum unit systems, purified water stations, steam condensate, domestic sewage, and initial rainwater—and all are routed to the plant’s centralized wastewater treatment system, where they undergo "homogenization and equalization." + Flocculation and Sedimentation + Hydrolytic Acidification + Aerobic-Anoxic Tank + Aerobic Tank +MBR "Meet the standards for acceptance; after wastewater quality is up to standard, it will be discharged into Haiyang City's sewage treatment plant—no wastewater is released externally."

Our company's exhaust gases primarily consist of process emissions from various workshops, emissions from the hazardous waste storage area, and gases from the wastewater treatment plant. We implement tailored measures for each type of emission. The "classification and quality-based" treatment principle ensures that exhaust gases meet emission standards.

① Workshop 2: High-concentration hydrogen bromide exhaust gas is pre-treated via "first-stage salt cooling + three-stage alkaline film scrubbing" before being routed into the common exhaust duct of Workshop 2. Other process exhaust gases undergo "first-stage salt cooling" pre-treatment before joining the main exhaust duct in Workshop 2. Additionally, exhaust gases from the workshop’s pre-treated process wastewater are directly fed into the Workshop 2 exhaust duct. Finally, all these streams are combined and sent to the treatment facility for processing—specifically, "first-stage alkaline scrubbing followed by activated carbon adsorption." Flow into the company's main exhaust duct;

②3-1# Workshop: High-concentration hydrogen chloride exhaust gas is pre-treated via "first-stage salt cooling + three-stage alkaline film scrubbing" before being routed into the 3-1# workshop's main exhaust duct. Other process exhaust gases undergo "first-stage salt cooling" pre-treatment and are then combined into the same main duct. Additionally, pre-treated exhaust gases from workshop process wastewater treatment are directly introduced into the 3-1# workshop’s main exhaust duct. All these streams are subsequently sent together to the treatment facility for processing using "first-stage alkaline scrubbing plus activated carbon adsorption." , routed into the company's main exhaust duct;

③3-2# Workshop: Hydrogen bromide exhaust gas is pre-treated via "first-stage salt cooling + three-stage alkaline film scrubbing" before being routed into the common exhaust duct of Workshop 3-2. Other process exhaust gases, after being pre-treated through "first-stage salt cooling," are also directed into the same workshop’s exhaust duct. Both streams are then sent together to the treatment facility for processing—specifically, "first-stage alkaline scrubbing plus activated carbon adsorption." Flow into the company's main exhaust duct;

④ Workshop 4: Process exhaust gases, after being pre-treated by "first-stage salt cooling," are routed into the main exhaust duct of Workshop 4. Meanwhile, pre-treated exhaust gases from workshop wastewater treatment directly enter the main exhaust duct of Workshop 4. Both streams are then sent together to the treatment facility for processing via "first-stage alkaline scrubbing plus activated carbon adsorption." , routed into the company's main exhaust duct;

⑤ Workshop 5: Hydrogen chloride exhaust gas is collected into the main exhaust duct of Workshop 5 after passing through "first-stage salt cooling + first-stage water spray + two-stage alkaline scrubbing"; other process exhaust gases are routed to the same main duct via "first-stage salt cooling" before being combined and sent together to the treatment facility for "first-stage alkaline scrubbing + activated carbon adsorption." Flow into the company's main exhaust duct;

⑥ Workshop 6: Process exhaust gases are pre-treated via "first-stage salt cooling" before being routed into the main exhaust gas duct of Workshop 6. Sent together to the processing facility "After treatment with "first-stage alkali washing + activated carbon adsorption," Flow into the company's main exhaust duct;

     Workshop #2 3-1#Workshop 3-2#Workshop Workshop #4 Workshop #5 Workshop #6 After being treated by existing equipment, the exhaust gases are combined and collected, then passed through an activated carbon adsorption-desorption unit before being discharged via a single pipe. Emission from a 30-meter-high exhaust stack.

Wastewater Treatment Plant: The exhaust gases from the wastewater treatment plant are collected via gas collection pipes and then sent to "First-stage alkali absorption" + Activated carbon adsorption “After meeting the standards, it is handled by a single Emission from a 20-meter-high exhaust stack.

Our company generates waste distillation residues, waste silica gel, waste filter sludge, waste activated carbon, waste packaging, and waste sludge during the production process. Entrust qualified organizations to handle the unified disposal of hazardous waste.

Our organization has developed an emergency response plan for sudden environmental incidents and filed it with the Bureau of Ecology and Environment. All relevant regulations, systems, and environmental protection procedures are fully in place.
