On the morning of May 21, the grand launch ceremony for the operation of Laiyang Shengjiu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was held at the Party Building Center of Shandong Shenghua Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park. This marks the first company to officially move into Shenghua Science Park, signaling the beginning of the park's industrialization journey.
Laiyang Shengjiu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established through a strategic partnership between Shandong Shenghua Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Park and Shandong Chunjiu Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. Guided by the principle of "projects entering the park with environmental protection prioritized," the two companies joined forces to form Laiyang Shengjiu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. The company provides robust environmental technology support to enterprises located within the Shenghua Entrepreneurship Park, while also extending its expertise to serve as a comprehensive environmental service provider for the entire New Materials Industrial Park—and even for businesses across the city—thereby fostering industrial transformation and upgrading. 
Shandong Chunjiu Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 and is located in the Yantai Development Zone. The company is a high-tech, environmentally friendly enterprise specializing in the engineering design, construction, commissioning, operation, and management of wastewater, exhaust gas, and VOC treatment systems. To date, it has accumulated annual wastewater treatment capacity exceeding 7 million tons and has been honored by the Shandong Provincial Environmental Protection Industry Association as a "Leading Environmental Enterprise."
Shandong Shenghua Technology Entrepreneurship Park Co., Ltd. was established in January 2016, operating under a model of "government guidance, enterprise responsibility, and market-oriented management," while emphasizing the central role of enterprises in driving innovation. In terms of industrial focus, the company targets the nation’s key-supported new materials sector, concentrating on five major areas: electronic display materials, advanced functional materials, new energy materials, innovative pharmaceuticals, and cutting-edge manufacturing. This approach aims to build an industry-focused innovation ecosystem centered around incubation and acceleration. In 2017, the company was listed as a key provincial project by the People’s Government of Shandong Province; and in 2018, it was honored as the "Yantai Non-Public New Economy Cultivation Base" by the United Front Work Department of the Yantai Municipal Committee and the Yantai Federation of Industry and Commerce. More than 20 companies, including the Nanjing University of Science and Technology Shenghua New Materials Research Institute and the Shandong Shenghua Pharmaceutical Innovation Platform, have already signed agreements to move into the park.
Leaders from the Shandong Provincial Environmental Protection Industry Association, Yantai Environmental Protection Industry Association, Laiyang Development Zone Management Committee, Laiyang City Federation of Industry and Commerce’s Chemical Industry Association, Food Industry Association, Machinery Industry Association, along with employee representatives from Shenghua Technology and Shandong Chunjiu Environmental Engineering Company, jointly witnessed the operational launch ceremony.

Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of pilot enterprises for digital transformation among SMEs in Shandong Province for 2024. Our company was successfully selected, marking a new chapter in the city’s efforts to drive digital transformation among SMEs. These pilot enterprises are chosen by the provincial department as part of its initiative to accelerate the digital transformation of SMEs across the province. Specifically, they focus on high-quality SMEs operating in key manufacturing sectors and critical links within industrial chains, serving as models for digital transformation. By cultivating these pilot enterprises, the department aims to further nurture and strengthen the digital economy while boosting the high-quality, accelerated growth of the industrial sector. Since the beginning of this year, our company has proactively prioritized initiatives aimed at fostering and expanding the digital economy, aligning with the deployment plans set forth by the Yantai Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. Taking Yantai’s selection as a pilot city for SME digital transformation as a strategic opportunity, we’ve concentrated on our core business areas, vigorously promoting activities such as enterprise digital diagnostics, integration of IT with industrialization management systems, and participation in SME digital transformation pilots. We’ve also deepened our efforts in nurturing businesses, disseminating relevant policies, and advocating for support from higher authorities, while actively implementing the "Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transition" project to seize the momentum of digital transformation and speed up our own transition journey. Looking ahead, our company will fully leverage the示范和引领作用 of these pilot enterprises, fostering deeper integration between the digital economy and the real economy, and ultimately contributing to the high-quality development of our enterprise’s economy.
