On the afternoon of November 1, Han Jinfeng, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and his delegation visited the company for an inspection tour. Zhu Xiuxiang, Chairwoman of the Yantai Municipal CPPCC, along with relevant leaders from Laiyang City, accompanied the group. During the visit to the company’s exhibition hall, Wang Zuopeng, a member of the Provincial CPPCC and Chairman of the company, provided Chairman Han Jinfeng with a detailed report on Shenghua Technology’s recent achievements in fostering technological innovation, attracting key projects, and advancing industry-academia-research collaborations. He also highlighted how the company has leveraged its innovative resource advantages—especially amid the ongoing pandemic—to boost local supply-chain integration and build a comprehensive LCD display materials industry chain. Chairman Han Jinfeng took a close look at the company’s technological innovations and its strategic direction for industry development. He highly praised the company’s efforts in attracting tech firms and pioneering innovative incubation models, emphasizing its critical role as a regional leader. Encouraging the company to further enhance its demonstration impact, Chairman Han urged Shenghua Technology to strengthen its innovation-driven approach, continuously bolster its core competitiveness, and take the lead in driving industrial innovation. On April 5, Zhang Shuping, Secretary of the Yantai Municipal Party Committee, visited Haiyang Company for a research visit, accompanied by Yu Songbai, Member of the Standing Committee and Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee. Liu Hongtao, Secretary of the Haiyang Municipal Party Committee, and Wang Yanbo, Mayor of Haiyang, also joined the delegation. On the morning of November 23, the company held a grand launch ceremony for the "Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry - Shenghua Technology" Joint Research and Development Center at the Shenghua Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park. The event was attended by Lu Weigen, Vice President of the Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry; Fu Lei, Vice President of the School of Pharmacy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University; as well as several prominent entrepreneurs from the industry. Additionally, Li Dong, Mayor of Laiyang Municipal People’s Government, and Hao Huaqing, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Laiyang Economic Development Zone, joined the ceremony, along with representatives from the city’s Bureau of Science and Technology, Emergency Management Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau, and Market Supervision Administration. It is understood that the joint R&D center is spearheaded by Shenghua Technology and will be operated by the professional team from the Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry.

On August 28, at the Shandong Province Meeting on Promoting the Implementation of Reform Initiatives, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government honored 93 "Outstanding Entrepreneurs of Shandong Province" and recognized 91 "Outstanding Enterprises of Shandong Province." Liu Jiayi, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Gong Zheng, Governor of the province, attended the event and presented awards to the distinguished organizations and individuals. Notably, our company was awarded the title of "Outstanding Enterprise of Shandong Province."
