On the morning of December 9, 2018, the launch and promotion conference for the "Shandong Laiyang Chemical Industry Park," co-organized by our company, was grandly held at the Jinshan Hotel in Laiyang City. The event drew over 80 experts, scholars, and business leaders from both domestic and international chemical industries, including Yang Ting, Secretary-General of the Chemical Park Working Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation; Yuan Tong, former Vice Chairman of the China Electronic Materials Industry Association; and Yang Huai, Vice Dean of Peking University's School of Engineering. The conference was chaired by Mou Xin, Mayor of Laiyang City, while Wang Zhong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yantai Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, and Li Shenggang, Secretary of the Laiyang Municipal Party Committee, delivered speeches respectively. On December 4, 2018, Minister Sun Haitao and his delegation from the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions’ Department of Rights Protection visited Shenghua Technology Entrepreneurship Park to inspect the construction of the employee service platform. Leaders from the Yantai City Federation of Trade Unions, the Laiyang City Federation of Trade Unions, and the Laiyang Development Zone Management Committee accompanied the delegation during the visit. Minister Sun and his team thoroughly examined the company’s Party building service center lobby, labor dispute mediation room, petition reception area, physical relaxation room, library, and employee psychological counseling office—key components of the employee platform—and frequently captured photos to document the highlights of the company’s integrated information-based and smart service platform. In the company’s archive room, Minister Sun listened carefully to a detailed work report delivered by the company’s representative and reviewed the archived documents.

On December 2, 2018, Professor Ning Binke and his delegation from the Fourth Research Institute of China North Industries Group Corporation (China North Industries Group Corporation’s No. 204 Research Institute) visited the company for a research and exchange visit, followed by an on-site lecture. During the session, Professor Ning Binke provided a detailed introduction to the working principles of microreactors, tailored specifically to the company’s operational practices and existing key technical processes. He also explained and compared the outcomes of several reaction types—both in microreactor systems and traditional setups—and engaged the company staff in an in-depth academic discussion and exchange. This collaborative effort with the Fourth Academy of China North Industries Group Corporation has further enhanced the practical innovation capabilities and skills of the company’s frontline employees.

On the afternoon of November 13, 2018, Minister Jiang Weihong and her delegation from the Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions visited Shenghua Technology Entrepreneurship Park to conduct a research visit. They were accompanied by Wang Dexin, Chairman of the Yantai Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; Tian Hong, Deputy Director of the Laizhou People's Congress Standing Committee; and Hao Huaqing, Director of the Laizhou Development Zone Management Committee, among other leaders. During their visit, Minister Jiang and her team toured the Employee Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exhibition Hall and the Craftsman Incubation Room, where they listened to a briefing on how the company is seizing opportunities presented by the transition from old to new growth drivers. Leveraging the Laizhou Chemical Industry Park as a foundation, the company is actively developing a green, circular economy-driven chemical industry sector. Additionally, they inspected the company’s employee-friendly facilities firsthand, including the “Mom’s Loving Care Room” and the “Sunflower Service Station,” which provide valuable support and services for employees.

On October 29, the Provincial Public Security Department's inspection team visited Shandong Shenghua Technology Entrepreneurship Park to oversee the progress of the province's key "Streamline Administration and Delegate Power, Improve Regulation, and Provide Better Services" reform initiative. Chen Bin, Deputy Director of Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau, and Sun Wencheng, Vice Mayor and Director of the Public Security Bureau of Laiyang Municipal Government, accompanied the team during their visit. Company executives introduced the inspection team to the company's core products. The team then toured the company’s exhibition hall and the Shenghua Party Building Center, where they listened to a detailed briefing from company leaders on the organization’s overall background, business divisions, and product innovations. Chairman Wang Zuopeng further elaborated to the team on the park’s operational model and provided insights into the projects undertaken by enterprises located within the park.
