"A Model of Collaboration, Win-Win Development"—The company attends CPhI China 2019

The 19th China International Pharmaceutical Ingredients Exhibition (CPhIChina), hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products (CCCMHPIE) and Informa Group, and co-organized by Shanghai UBMSinoexpo, was grandly held from June 18 to 20, 2019, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Shandong Shenghua Technology made a prominent appearance at Booth W4B72. Throughout the event, the company’s booth attracted a steady stream of visitors, including representatives from multinational giants such as Merck Germany and Sanyo Chemical Japan, as well as numerous domestic players from the fine chemical industry eager to explore collaboration opportunities.

On the afternoon of March 5, Zhu Xiuxiang, Chairwoman of the Yantai Municipal CPPCC Committee, and her delegation visited and conducted a调研 (research and inspection) at the company. Sun Xuecai, Deputy Secretary of the Laiyang Municipal Party Committee, and Dong Furong, Chairwoman of the Laiyang Municipal CPPCC Committee, accompanied the group. Zhu Xiuxiang and her team focused their调研 on enterprises owned by provincial CPPCC members. At Shenghua Technology Entrepreneurship Park, they inspected the park’s overall planning, projects admitted into the park, and environmental protection measures firsthand. They also toured the company’s product exhibition hall and Party building center, followed by a cordial discussion with Wang Zuopeng, Chairman of the company and a member of the provincial CPPCC. During the meeting, Chairman Wang Zuopeng expressed his gratitude for Chairwoman Zhu Xiuxiang’s dedicated visit to Laiyang City to调研 the enterprises run by CPPCC members, noting that her initiative to gather feedback and suggestions from committee members underscores the strong support and attention Yantai Municipal CPPCC Committee has been giving to its members.

On the morning of February 26, Sun Huiqin, Deputy Director of the Yantai Municipal Special Action Office for Safety Production Transformation and Upgrading in the Chemical Industry (referred to as the "Chemical Transformation Office"), led a delegation of six members to visit Shandong Shenghua Technology Entrepreneurship Park to assess the park's current status and related developments. Accompanying them were Sun Siwen, Vice Mayor of Laiyang City, along with key officials from the Laiyang Development Zone Management Committee and relevant functional departments. The delegation first toured the company’s exhibition hall and then visited the smart park monitoring center located within the entrepreneurship park. Wang Zuopeng, Chairman of the company, provided detailed updates to the Yantai Chemical Transformation Office leadership on Shenghua Technology Entrepreneurship Park’s development journey, its current operational status, and the strategies and ideas behind attracting projects to the park.

The startup incubator has nurtured a "major project."

On January 25, 2019, Yantai Rongsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully signed an agreement with Shandong Shenghua Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park. The Yantai Rongsheng New Materials project, which is being incubated in the park's makerspace, focuses on developing innovative green rubber materials. The project spans 25 acres and boasts a total investment exceeding 100 million yuan. The company’s parent organization is Qingdao Siwei Chemical Co., Ltd., a leading player in the research and production of eco-friendly rubber additives. Recognized as a high-tech enterprise in 2013, Yantai Rongsheng has also been included on Qingdao City’s list of enterprises earmarked for development as corporate R&D centers. Additionally, the company is listed on the Qingdao Blue Sea Equity Trading Center and currently holds eight national invention patents. The project is dedicated to producing cutting-edge green rubber products.

Company leaders travel to Japan for an inspection and training program.

To steadily advance the company's refined management practices, from December 15 to 22, 2018, Company Chairman Wang Zuopeng and Executive General Manager Wang Jianwen traveled to Japan for an inspection and training program. During their visit, the delegation toured Toyota’s Tsutsumi Plant, the Toyota Dojo, Kashiwagi Kogyo Co., Ltd., AVEX Co., Ltd., and KYOCERA Corporation—including its holding company, KYOCERA Communication Systems Co., Ltd. (KCCS)—and also met with key leaders of relevant Japanese organizations. Throughout the Japan-based training, participants gained valuable insights through on-site factory visits, classroom sessions, and interactive workshops, deepening their understanding of advanced Japanese business practices such as Toyota’s renowned TPS and JI.
